Return of Tulsi: First look of Smriti Irani in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi is out!

The Virani family is back, and with it, the timeless magic of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. The much-loved television drama has officially begun shooting its second season, and the first glimpses of Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay have reignited fan excitement across generations.

In a stunning maroon saree with traditional jewellery, Smriti’s look as Tulsi has been revealed—instantly evoking the familiar warmth and strength of the iconic character. The show, which was slightly delayed, began shooting on July 4. On the same day, Amar Upadhyay, who plays Mihir, was seen filming scenes on set. Speaking to photographers, he said with a smile, “Mazaa aagaya… first day, first scene, aur puraani yaadein taaza ho gayi.”
